Xencelabs names Alexa Matteri marketing manager for the Americas

Alexa Matteri is marketing manager, Americas, for Xencelabs

Pen-technology company Xencelabs Technologies named Alexa Matteri as marketing manager for the Americas, responsible for several key business initiatives to establish the new brand as the leading developer of professional digital design tools. The company launched in early 2021 with a new Pen Tablet. Matteri will be instrumental in strengthening Xencelabs’ market position, guiding the brand’s strategy and direction through a mix of integrated marketing and communications tactics including advertising, promotions, customer relationships, and channel marketing, the company says.

Matteri’s background includes a range of global sales and marketing leadership roles, building successful teams and implementing new market strategies across the Americas, Europe and Asia. At Xencelabs, Matteri rejoins several of her former colleagues from Wacom Technology, where she spent more than a decade successfully defining and executing a global integrated sales and marketing approach for the company’s hardware and software solutions.

“Working with creative professionals for so many years, you quickly learn how passionate they are about their digital design and drawing tools,” Matteri said. “Their choice of a digital tablet is based as much on workflow requirements as it is on personal style. The team at Xencelabs understands this because they are also creative professionals, and the launch of our Pen Tablet is only the first of many new technology roll-outs we have planned to delight customers in the digital design market.”

Her previous roles include Regional Director of Operations for Lakefield Veterinary Group and Distribution Account Management for Lattice Semiconductor Corporation, handling account management for major brands such as Lucent, Ericsson and Siemens.
